SMOKE KIWI Cocktail

The Smoke Kiwi combines the liveliness of ETS Lapurdi Gin with the sweet-tart flavor of kiwi, enhanced by a hint of thyme and lime.

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. In a shaker filled with ice cubes, pour the ETS Lapurdi Gin, thyme syrup, lime juice, and kiwi.
  2. Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds.
  3. Strain and serve in a cocktail glass or a long drink glass filled with ice.
  4. Garnish with a thin slice of kiwi or a sprig of fresh thyme.
